June convention: can D.U. get same room rate, etc?

Hi!

I have a convention at Coronado Springs June 24-29. We are offered a room rate of $142. If I make my room reservations through Dreams Unlimited, can I get the same convention room rate or better?

I would also like to do some resort hopping: June 24-26 at Coronado Springs; June 27-28 at Wilderness Lodge.

I don't mind making my room reservations directly, but am considering giving Dreams Unlimited a chance.

Hi Regina!

Convention rates are special rates negotiated directly with Disney by the convention sponsor, and we are unable to book those rates. They must be booked by the convention.

However it certainly is POSSIBLE that an even better rate would become available than your convention rate and you could certainly book that through Dreams. We always try for the best discount possible when booking and continue to search for discounts after clients have booked.

Thank you, that is very helpful.

OK, I think what I will do is go through Dreams Unlimited for the Wilderness Lodge (non-convention) portion of my trip. I'll try to do that in the next few weekends.

Then I will just fill out my convention form for the Coronado Springs part, and send that in.
