I have reservations with you for next week at an off site hotel. I have recently seen via your site that a new deal has popped up for $30 less per night than we are paying. I have e-mailed the reservations address that I have for you regarding it & was informed that I needed to forward you where I saw it & you would contact the hotel. I know this may take some time. My question is since the deal is on your site how likely will I be to get the better deal?
Hi discrazygarcias
Without knowing your reservation specifics, or which offer in particular you are referring, it is difficult to you give a definite yes or no you will get/not get the discount.
In general, if your reservation meets all of the criteria for a promotion (i.e. travel window, resort, room type, booking window, etc.) we have had excellent success in getting the discount for our clients. The only exception to this would be if it were a “limited” promotion (i.e. regional, new bookings only, certain number of rooms at that discount).
I encourage you to write directly to either your agent or the person who provided you with your quote ASAP. I am sure that if your reservation meets all the eligibility requirements for the promotion we will be able to secure it for you.
Thanks
John
