I cancelled my cruise in January and am still waiting for the credit to show up on my credit card statement. I don't have my reservation number handy so I put my email address in and get no response that way. I would like to know when I might see the credit to my card. Lisa Lachance

Hi Lisa,
Dreams does not hold your money, so it is Disney Cruise Line who will credit your credit card. This can sometimes take 7 to 10 business days to process and may take up to 2 billing cycles to show up on your statement.

I did check with DCL and it was credited back to your card on 01/20.

Can you call a number on your statement to check recent transactions to ensure that it was put on?
