Dolphin $10 fee

Has anyone stayed at the Dolphin and not payed the additional $10 fee a night? If they did pay it, was it worth it?

I felt the fee was worth it because it includes high-speed internet access. Anything to avoid dial-up! I also enjoy getting the paper (USA Today) each day.
