Hi

I purchased 3 5-day park tickets on the 21st. After taking all of my information and giving me a page with a ticket confirmation # I have yet to receive an email confirmation of my order for the tickets or been billed for them. We leave in just 4 short weeks and I want to be sure that I will be getting my tickets. There is no where for me to contact anyone on the site regarding just tickets, so now I am becoming a bit worried :( I know that it takes 7-14 days to receive the tickets, but I was hoping for at least some sort of confirmation that I would be getting them. Please let me know.

Hi Kelly

After your order was placed you should have received a confirmation email. This email includes your Dreams Unlimited Travel and Disney confirmation number as well as an email address to send inquiries.

If you did not receive that email please write to tickets@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com and they will be able to help.
