Cancellation ?

I am not sure if I should post this here. We recently had to cancel a cruise for January. What I would like to know is how long does it usually take before we will receive the money back we had put down on this cruise? This includes the deposit.

Disney Cruise Line reports it can take 1 - 2 biiling cylcles for any deposited monies to appear on your credit card statement. Remember, it will be credited back to the card you used orginally to make the payment.

John - I canceled back in late May and I still have not received a credit on my statement. I check daily. I used my Visa check card to make the reservation. Is it unusual to take from May to August to receive a credit? Thanks.
