As a new client of Dreams Unlimited, and just starting to work with my vacation consultant, I am just curious.
As all communication is done via email, how long should I expect to wait for a response to my questions or requests? If something happens, I don't want to come off as seeming pushy or impatient!!!

Hi New Client.
Yes, all communication is done by email. Generally you should hear back from your agent (planning consultant) within 24 hours at the longest, but occasionnally situations come up that would hinder this.
If you have not yet heard from him/her I would suggest just sending another email to see if they got the first one.

Hi and welcome to Dreams! We prefer communication by email since we are an internet based company. Questions and answers are less likely to get overlooked when everything is in writing. Since we all work different hours, please give us at least a day to get back with you. If you have a question that is important and you have not received an answer, please email your agent back. Something could have happened to your email. I hope this helps.
