Whilst this traditionally was a less crowded time to visit, several events have been introduced that do affect crowd levels, particularly near your arrival dates:
e.g. the Super Soap weekend - in 2007, this took place on November 10th and 11th),
Festival of the Masters - again this was the same dates in 2007: November 9th-11th,
& Epcot's Food & Wine Festival which ended on November 9th in 2007.
After that weekend however, and up to the week prior to Thanksgiving, unless new events are introduced which would affect crowd level considerably, this is a great time to visit, and there may possibly be a discount published for those dates as in previous years!
