Unhappy advance purchase tickets

Hi

I purchased 3 5-day park tickets on the 21st. After taking all of my information and giving me a page with a ticket confirmation # I have yet to receive an email confirmation of my order for the tickets or been billed for them. We leave in just 4 short weeks and I want to be sure that I will be getting my tickets. There is no where for me to contact anyone on the site regarding just tickets, so now I am becoming a bit worried I know that it takes 7-14 days to receive the tickets, but I was hoping for at least some sort of confirmation that I would be getting them. Please let me know.
